Charities

Encore Theatre Company have been pleased to provide support to the following charities with monies raised each year from our Prize Draw and audience donations at our performances. Since 2011, ETC have raised almost £7500 for these charities.

This year's charity: The Clothing Bank

The Clothing Bank was established in January 2020 by Susan Bell and Sally Parkinson after they noticed a gap in the support chain for people who were accessing help to clothe themselves or their family after having to pay for their everyday living costs. The Clothing Bank community currently stands at over 51000 people who help by donating clothing an acting as volunteer drop-off points. This support has allowed them to supply quality clothing and new underwear to over 5000 people so far
